Features:
- An Ortlieb QL3.1 anchoring system compatible with all saddlebags with this adjustment system.
- It is compatible with racks with a maximum tube diameter of 10 mm.
- The screws for adjustment and bushings for a maximum tube diameter of 10 mm are included.
- It can be mounted on rods with a diameter of 12-14mm with an optional accessory and not included, the QL3.1 clamp kit (E190).
