Cookies policy

On our website we use our own and third-party cookies to improve services by analyzing browsing habits. A cookie is a text file that contains small information that is sent by a website and stored in the user's browser. This information may be session data, data related to the shopping cart, IP address, the address visited, the operating system, the language, etc. This information is associated with an anonymous user and his computer and basically it is statistical information to analyze the web and allows both to improve functionalities and to provide personalized information and characteristics.

Own cookies

We can distinguish between 2 types of cookies depending on their permanence: session or permanent cookies. Session cookies expire once the browser is closed, however, permanent cookies remain stored for the time defined by the website, or when they are manually deleted in the browser.

Third party cookies

Google Analytics cookies that are used to analyze and control traffic and compile reports on how users use the website:

  • UTMA: this cookie tracks the number of times a user has been on our website, on their first visit and when it was the last time it happened.

  • UTMB and UTMC: These cookies work together to calculate the time it takes for a visit. UTMB collects information on the exact moment in time when a visitor enters our website, while UTMC collects information on the exact moment in time when a visitor leaves the website. UTMB expires at the end of the session. UTMC waits 30 minutes and then expires (this time frame is necessary to ensure that no additional activity occurs).

  • UTMZ: This cookie tracks where the visitor comes from, for example what search engine was used, if a link was clicked, what keyword is used and from where in the world the user accesses our website.
