You have 90 calendar days since you receive the order to return it if you verify that it is not really what you need. The returned product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions for use.
If you want to return your order, you just have to put the items to be returned in the package in which you received it or a similar one, so that the items are protected, and start the process at the following link:
Once we receive the returned product, we will review it and we will refund the amount of the product within a maximum period of 15 calendar days through the same payment method as the order. Although the deadline is 15 days, the process is usually completed in 2-3 days. Only the amount of the returned product is refunded, the amount that would have been paid for the shipment of the order is not refunded in any case.
If the product does not meet the conditions to be able to accept the return, we will contact you to see the possibilities for you to pick it up or to return the product to you.
To return the package there are two options, leave it at a drop-off point or send it to our warehouse on your own:
- The delivery of the package at a UPS Access Point convenience store has a cost of 12,90€. This amount will be deducted from the final amount to be returned from the order. The return is made by leaving the package at a UPS Access Point convenience store with the printed label that is provided at the end of the process. In most European countries there is a drop-off point available to leave the package. But in some cases where the product cannot be accepted or the country does not have nearby drop-off points, this method cannot be chosen and you will have to send the return by your own.
- No cost is applied in the event that you personally bring the product to our warehouse or that you directly take charge of shipping the product to our warehouse. In this case, the responsibility for the arrival of the product rests with you. Our warehouse address will be shown to you when processing the return.
Error o defect
If the order had any error or defect in the products you have received, the cost of the return would be free and we would take care of the shipping cost. To do this, indicate the type of error or product defect in the reason explanation field that you will see during the process.
We do not exchange products as such. In this case, what should be done are two independent processes. On the one hand the return of the product that you do not want and on the other hand a new purchase of the new product in the color and size that you prefer. You can make this new purchase whenever you want, right now or when the return process is finished.
